2020年3月博士毕业于上海交通大学电子科学与技术专业,同年9月进入上海应用技术大学理虎扑nba应用物理系任教。主要从事微电子机械系统(MEMS)传感器、半导体器件等领域的研究,主持科研项目有国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、上海高校青年教师培养资助计划项目、上海应用技术大学人才引进项目等,发表科研期刊论文二十余篇。 | ||
