本人主要从事功能性纳米载体的设计及其在眼组织转运和生物效应机理的研究;新型纳米制剂(脂肪乳、脂质体等)的开发及产业化研究。目前,主持或参与了国家973计划、863计划(2007AA021604)、国家自然科学基金(81102387)、上海市科委(11ZR1444700)等多项项目,在Biomaterials、Drug Discovery Today国内外一流学术期刊发表论文30余篇,申请新型专利12项,其中PCT专利1项,获授权专利6项。中科院青年创新促进会会员,中科院上海药物所首届“新星计划 A类”人才,曾获2015年中国产学研合作创新奖 个人奖,2012年中国药学会“第十一届全国青年药学工作者最新科研成果交流会”优秀论文三等奖。国家食品药品监督管理局新药评审专家。 在新制剂的研发和产业化推进方面,完成了H205眼用乳剂、环孢素A眼用乳剂、前列地尔脂肪乳和磷酸奥司他韦胶囊等近10项新制剂的开发,先后协助企业完成了眼用乳剂及注射乳剂等3条生产线的建立。其中环孢素A眼用乳剂获得了新药2类临床批件,临床研究结果显示其治疗效果显著优于对照组。为推进该项目的产业化,已协助上海医药集团有限公司建成了国内首条自动化眼用乳剂(100L/批)生产线,将投入产业化应用。 | ||
